The Principals bring nearly 30 years of successful venture capital investing experience to bear at Constantin Partners. The Constantin Partners team is extremely dedicated to the venture market, committing considerable personal capital investing in seed and early-stage companies. Supplementing the team’s experience is an Advisory Board well-versed in the venture capital space, and provides substantial M&A and IPO experience to support the our companies when it is time to exit. Our operational support team is built on significant, long-term relationships ranging from 5 to 15 years of experience working together.

We work extensively with our portfolio companies to help to entrepreneurs build great companies. Our skills run from taking an idea from inception through a successful exit to applying best practices of Fortune 100 firms at our portfolio companies.

Jim Allegro: CFO and COO at ESPN until 1995. 14 years with Capital Cities/ABC, Inc., as SVP, Network Group for ABC TV. Involved in ~30 acquisitions 

Bob Lloyd: Chairman of The V Foundation for Cancer Research. Former Chairman & CEO of Mindscape, President of Data East, Inc. and President of Fila Sports. Played for the New York Nets 

Fern Mandelbam: Partner with Monitor Ventures. CEO coach, co-founder & CEO of Skyline Products (sold to IDEO) Formerly at SRI, HP, the Kyoto Bank and Bain & Company
